Rubicon TMT Bars

At Rubicon, we make TMT bars for structures that need high strength and flexibility. Our bars can handle heavy loads, bending and movement that buildings experience over time. The right balance of strength and flexibility helps reinforcement support the concrete and keep the structure stable. We offer TMT bars in different grades and sizes for homes, commercial buildings, factories, and infrastructure projects. We set clear requirements for the steel composition, strength, flexibility, weight, and size of every bar. This helps engineers and builders choose the right TMT bar according to the needs of each structure.

Rubicon TMT bars are available in diameters from 8 mm to 32 mm, with defined mass requirements and permissible weight variations for each size. The product specifications establish permissible weight variations for individual samples and are compared with the applicable ISI requirements in the table below.

Rubicon TMT : Meeting Quality Standards

The chemical composition and mechanical properties of Rubicon TMT bars are defined for Fe 415, Fe 500, and Fe 550 grades. The chemical composition table specifies maximum levels of carbon, sulphur, phosphorus, and their combined content. The mechanical property data covers proof stress, tensile strength, elongation, and bend performance, with Rubicon values listed alongside applicable Indian, American, and European standards. These tables provide the technical basis for evaluating the composition and performance characteristics of each grade.
